State-of-the-Art Brushes Pigs

PIGS PIPELINE's Brushes Pigs are an excellent addition to pipeline pigs, enhancing their efficiency in aggressive cleaning of the internal diameter of pipelines. Our brushes come in a range of configurations, from a full circle mounted as one piece on a urethane pig to a Super Pig or steel mandrel body pig with wrapped brushes. Depending on the cleaning requirements, the brushes can be made from flat wire for a more vigorous cleaning of tenacious deposits or fine wire for more flexibility and corrosion pits.

Brush cleaning pigs are an indispensable tool during pre-commissioning and on-stream pipeline cleaning, especially in situations where rust, mill scale, sand, wax, organic growth, mud, oxides, and other foreign matter need removal. The brush configurations include wire wheel, split-ring, wrap-around, and spring-loaded, with sizes ranging from 2" to 48".
